Hello forum,
I have an excel '.xls' file with macros(VBA) imbedded.
I am looking for a online place that I can upload this file to. so I can manage this excel file online. I tried to use one drive but I can't use the macro feature for the excel file I uploaded.
Please help me.

From my understanding, Excel online does not support VBA.
If you need to run macro, you need to run it locally. While you can save the file on OneDrive using Co-Authoring (Assuming you have Office 365 subscription, if not, there are more limitations).
You can't run macro when file is in edit mode using browser. You need to open it with Excel application.
