Problem with Merged cells

Hi Everyone,

I have a worksheet full of merged data, the problem here is the merged cell contains multiple value/data instead of the original value alone. If anyone can guide me to omit multiple data in the merged cells and retain only the original value per merged cell.

*copy all data
*right click then paste special > values > ok

try to paste it on another sheet

I think you need to explain a bit more fully Paul, I agree with Nikko.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

As stated before... Select Columns A:E. Copy. Select cell G1. Paste/Paste values. Job done...
