Change List of Hyperlinks

I have a list of hyperlinks with different that i need to change to one hyperlink while maintaining the attachment. Below is an example of what i am trying to accomplish. The top links are current and the bottom links are what i want them to be. If the attachment did not work i will copy paste below.

I have a list of 1200+ to chamge.
