Total scores that are weighted by inputs and now need them to be weighted by revenue to=X

Hello,

I have a an end point of X, which has been decided by various different inputs. I now need to look at different categories (in this case regions of the world) and various inputs to get a score by region. These scores then need to be weighted by revenue and the sum needs to equal my X.

I can not figure out how to weight this by my revenue to then equal my X.

My X is in Cell B2 and I need the weighted change in cell X11 to equal b2
