Data Manipulation

Hi

I have a sheet which shows some product information and acts as on order form for a customer with several stores.

They complete their individual store requirements in colums next to the product details as per Sheet1 of the atatched example.

I need to convert the data to the example shown on Sheet2 to allow me to inport into our sales system.

I have tried lookups, pivot tables etc. but cant work out how to do this automatically.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can try with PowerQuery (Get&Transform)
there is no vba/formula

This seems to work perfectly - I just now have to work out how to use this feature!! Is this something that is a normal function of Excel 2016 or an add on?

I'll work through your sheet and try and work out how you've done it!! Many thanks for your help!
