A diferent person made this hotel booking system in Excel and after the 2017/2018 year change I'm no longer able to enter new people (or I'm not able to enter dates that are after 2017/12/31). I'm not very good at calendars in Excel so I don't understand why the it won't continue into 2018. I've changed all the names to 'random'. Is there any easy way to extend the calendar one more year?

You've circular references in I935 on RESERVAS. Fix it then check again

I did this, saw that there were multiple circle references i column I. Removed all of them but I´m still not able to enter dates that are afer the year 2017.
Attach corrected workbook
or remove all filters then add new date: =A317+1

Here's the attachment. Excel still tells me there are circle references, but I think they are somewhere else than column I.

you've defined DV restrictions

Values on RESERVAS in column Lugar de Providencia are incompatible with your List

most of the numbers are stored as text but maybe it is correct
maybe there is much more errors so try to correct all of them first
