the YNNNY string is on the 3rd row

Hi, apologies as I realize this isn't my original post, however my problem is the same but the suggested formula is producing '#NA' for current and '0' for the longest.
Ive attached an example workbook. The issue is on ELO! and to the far right of that sheet.
Oh and I did use ctrl, shift + enter.
Any help is appreciated.
