Vlookup Problem

Hello, this is my first post here. I am working on a school project and have ran into some difficulties using the vlookup function. On the "weather" page of my workbook, I am trying to assign a letter grade to weather properties (ex. if Sunny then A+ grade). I believe I am referencing all the right cells using the lookup function but when the property of the weather is sunny, the wrong letter grade is assigned (see cell C14). Any help regarding this issue would be welcome.

If you use TRUE as the final parameter in a VLOOKUP function, the data in the first column must be sorted.

Alternatively, use FALSE (or 0) for the final parameter.
