Index/Match with 3 criteria

I have a file where I'm trying to pull in the column "Work Type" from a table onto another tab. It is suppose to be matching the date in cell $B$4, the From time in column B5, and the To time in column C5 to the table in the "Meeting Agenda" tab. I have it entered with a Cntl + Shift + Enter, but it's coming up with an error. I found two different articles on Google, and I thought I followed them and modified them exactly, but it's still not working.

Never mind all! I had saved the file and closed it for a bit of time. When I went back into it, it worked fine.
