How to highlight or filter values in a table based on another condition

    Hello,

I had assistance in creating a table retrieving certain values (districts) into columns 'red', 'amber' 'green'.

In the data set (I have left in the relevant columns) there are 27 districts that are also labelled as high priority (H). I would like to find a way to either display these as high priority within the existing summary table (e.g. making the high priority districts display as bold or highlighted), or to have the option with a filter or dropdown so it is possible to either display all districts or just display the high priority districts.

Many thanks in advance for your help!

    Select cell B4.

Create a conditional formatting rule using this formula: =INDEX('Week 2805'!$C$2:$C$46,MATCH(B4,'Week 2805'!$B$2:$B$46,0))="H"

Set the rule to apply to this range: =$B$4:$D$48
