    Countif question

    Hi everyone

this is probably not difficult for most of you but for me...

So, I have this column with ID values and some of them are recurrent. When the ID is not available I insert "N/A".

How do I change this formula to disregard the value "N/A"?

    =COUNTIF(D:D,D2)

    Thanks

use this formula in b2 to ignore n/a, then drag formula down as low as you need it.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

this will work assuming its always N/A
