Reset Countif

Is it possible to reset the Countif function?

Thank you for your response, sorry for delay, had eye surgery.

I tried your suggestion but it does not do what I need done.

See attached sheet where I manually put in the code I need everytime we get 4 repeats.

Is there a way we can automatically code this?
