Is there a default setting for headings to print or not print on all spreadsheets. The 123 ABC headings. Using Excel 2016.

Page Layout ribbon - Sheet Options (tick for gridlines and headings to be printed).

Re: Is there a default setting for headings to print (1,2,3 A,B,C)

I am aware of the ribbon settings. All of a sudden two weeks ago, one user on our network started to experience the headings printing on most of her existing excel spreadsheets. A tick mark was in the print box under headings on the ribbon. She did not put the tick mark there. She is using a terminal server so her installation of excel is the same one other users are using and the other users are not experiencing this problem. We do not want the headings to print on our spreadsheets.

This user can remove the tick mark, save spreadsheet, open spreadsheet in a day or two the tick mark is back in the print box under headings on the ribbon. A suggestion from this forum yesterday was to uninstall excel and install, but our IT guy says that will not help as about 10 users on our terminal server or using the same excel program. This users excel is not unique to her Wyse terminal.

Any other thoughts are appreciated. Thanks
