    Multiple lookups/matching?

    Hello everyone,

I've typed out a description below of what I am trying to accomplish. I am way out of my league here. I've attached an Excel document with an example (with corresponding answers below that; plus everything else you should need). If my descriptions below are too tough to understand, I hope that the Excel document will clarify things. Regardless I will keep checking in in case I need to clarify anything. Any help or guidance would be priceless!

    --See attached Excel document--
    LOC-GREEN
Based on C2 (age) and D2 (LOC raw score), what are E2 and F2? The grid for what goes in E2 and F2 is located in the SECOND sheet in the E and F columns. What goes in E2 and F2 has to be matched based on age (between the corresponding age ranges located on the SECOND sheet in columns A and B) and the LOC raw score that has been entered into D2.

OC-ORANGE (now includes gender, unlike above)
Based on B2 (gender), C2 (age), and G2 (OC raw score), what are H2 and I2? The grid for what goes in H2 and I2 is located in the THIRD sheet in the F and G columns. What goes in H2 and I2 has to be matched based on gender (denoted in the first column in the THIRD sheet), age (between the corresponding age ranges located on the THIRD sheet in columns B and C) and the OC raw score that has been entered into G2.

    SUM-PURPLE
Based on J2 (the sum of F2 and I2), what are K2 and L2? The grid for what goes in K2 and L2 is located in the FOURTH sheet in the B and C columns. What goes in K2 and L2 has to be based on the summed score in J2 (i.e., J2 has to be matched with the A column in the FOURTH sheet).

    See attached file.
Formulas have been added to E2:F4.

Hopefully, you can create similar formulas for other cells.
