Find percentage of positive numbers from A4:A23

Only numbers above 0 will be counted as positive
The formula must calculate the percentage of numbers above 0

The formula results were not correct. I want to find the percentage of positive numbers from A4:A23 only numbers above 0 would be counted as positive,

Example

A4=10
A5=-5
A6=50
A7=-20
A8=30
A9=-10
A10=90
A11=-40
A12=70
A13=-30

Positive numbers: 5/10
Formula result: percentage of positve number = 50%

The formula is correct. Please check your implementation. If you can't get it to work, attach your file.

Yes, sorry the formula worked. I forget to consider the blank spaces. Its possible to count BLANKS as negative numbers?
