I am working with some data that has duplicate names, but also has a clock in schedule. I want to put a new column in that describes a duplicate name as a unique value. (i.e. if john shows up 100 times, the field will show "duplicate 1" each time, but if sam shows up 30 time the field will show "duplicate 2" each time.) This would allow me to use the clock in time in order to determine the time difference between a person's clock ins.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Sorry - I don't understand how you have allocated the duplicate labelling - what is your logic?
