Trying to generate a table for 25 yes no choices with all possible combinations forgot how

Hello Every one

It has been a while and I have forgotten how to do this.

I need to make a table using 25 yes no choices that has all possible combinations, Each cell must have a yes or no I can not use a list please see attached photo which is a 9 choice selection, and the new sheet with all 25 choice selection.

I dont really care to enter them all in by hand, and I know there is a way to do it can any one help out please.
