Search Non-Case Sentive Words

Hi,

How to modify this funtion to find or search for the word, regardless if word is capitalized or not

G11 = Agency

Through the, 'WBS Extracted'!$D$14:$D$5000 worksheet, the word "Agency" may be given as, "Agency" or "agency"

How to modify so it's not case-senstive?
