Split month into week commence with working days in that month

Hello All..

Can anyone advise on a method to achieve the attached image, Im trying to split the month into weeks from a commence day (mon) then return how many working days (mon - fri) there are in that week within that month..

For example, Week commence 29/10/2018 will have 3 working days in Oct and 2 working days in november but within the same week...

Consider in B2 the start date, e.g. 01-10-2018.

In C2 use the formula
