How do I add ROUND to this formula?

Hi (again)!

I have two timestamps and want to convert the time to decimal.
I am using this formula in Cell G10: =HOUR(F10-E10)+MINUTE(F10-E10)/60

E10 F10 G10
16:49 18:10 1.4

Obviously, 1 hour and 21 minutes = 1.3 not 1.4

Is there a way to add the ROUND formula into this =HOUR(F10-E10)+MINUTE(F10-E10)/60
or do I have to create multiple cells for hours and minutes and round separately?

Just multiply by 24 =(F10-E10)*24 = 1.35

But 1 hour and 21 minutes is 1.3 not 1.35 and if I round 1.35 I will get 1.4

Can you convert these times:
1 hour and 15 minutes =1,2500
1 hour and 20 minutes =1,3333
1 hour and 24 minutes =1,4000
