Comparing Multiple Columns Ideas

Hi,
I am looking for ideas on how to quickly compare columns. Just need a simple yes or no if they match. Below is an example of the compares I need to do on the attached spreadsheet. I have several spreadsheets with different sets of schedules to compare. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Schedule 19 matches 205 ?
Schedule 20 matches 164 ?
Schedule 21 matches 158 ?
Schedule 22 matches 162 ?
Schedule 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 matches 156 ?
Schedule 36, 37 matches 160 ?
Schedule 29, 31, 32, 33, 34 matches 184 ?
Schedule 30 matches 187 ?
Schedule 35 matches 190 ?
Schedule 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 matches 155 ?

Not sure how accurate this would be, but if you summed each column, then applied Conditional Formatting to that "total" row to check for duplicates, it would maybe give you a start?.

As mentioned, comparing 255 columns against each other is going to me a major undertaking.
