    Index Macth + Hlookup?

I am trying to format the data on tab "Content Source - Get By Sku Lis", so that values in column A remain the primary ID, values in column B become column headers, populated by data in column C. I have an Index Match formula that is getting me the first result correctly, but I do not know where to go from here.

=INDEX('Content Source - Get By Sku Lis'!$C:$E,MATCH(summary!$A8,'Content Source - Get By Sku Lis'!$A:$A,0),1)

File attached, working tab is "summary"

    Thanks,
