    display list of data based on date

    i have a recruitment pipeline of people at different stages all based on date

    so i have an ID number / name / job role for each person

    then i have dates for stage 1 / stage 2

    on a new sheet i want to display say a list of people at stage 1 and then a new list of people at stage 2

    tried index and vlookup but lost me 100%

    Try to provide a small data sample (~10 rows) along with expected result.

    … And the way to do that is:

    ... click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post. Don't try to use the Paperclip icon (attachments button), as it doesn't work on this forum.

    Hello loadmastersrock and Welcome to Excel Forum.
    Here is a formula method for filling in the ranges in columns J:L and N:P that utilizes INDEX along with either AGGREGATE or MATCH.
    1) The ID's are displayed in columns J and N using formulas similar to:
