I add a Speak tab in Excel as well as Word but
1. its a woman voice. i need it change into man voice
2. it reads only English i need it will be read multi language as I type.

Hi,
You need to change the Windows Narrator Voice setting
Shortcut is Windows Key-Ctrl-N
Scroll down to Choose a Voice.
If you ask Ali nicely she might even record a soft Suffolk voice for you
