    Find address of closest match/second closest match

    Hi

    Pls see attached file.

    Could you pls help me with the formulas for the cells highlighted in yellow? I need to find the cell address of the closest match and the second closest match or second occurrence of closest match.

    confirm entry of the formula with ctrl+shift+enter
    as these are array formula
