How to add a text line after the grand total cell inside or outside pivot table

    Hi
In PivotTable, the last line contains a cell for GrandTotal.
Of course, the cell is not in the same place all the time as it is depending on how many items within the PivotTable.
There is a fixed text line I want to add at the bottom of the cell that contains Grand Total.
    How to do so?
    Thanks

I don't believe that you can populate the cell beneath the moving 'Grand Total' cell, however you may be able to populate the cell to the right providing the number of columns in the pivot table does not change.
In the attached file K3:K14 are populated using: =IF(G3="Grand Total","Text Line","")
Test by changing the filter in cell G2 (Country).

Re: How to add a text line after the grand total cell inside or outside pivot table

    Hi JeteMc
Nice idea indeed but the table is very wide and there isn't enough space to place the text line nex to the cell especially that the text is a long line of text that needs to be in a separated new line under the Grand Total value.
This is why I've thought that may be done using a macro which I do not know how to do it.
    Thanks

Here is a variation that might work. Formula is still placed in the column to the right of the pivot table. Then the cells in that column are formatted to right align, the overflow is to the cells to the left, so the appearance is that the line of text is beneath the Grand Total row.
