    database in timesheet driver details

    Hello everyone,
    My question?
I have got a timesheet for pilot exceptional transport. sheet 1 is the information and time form with all the formulas for time.
Sheet 2 (same form) are the details of the company, driver and licence number.

With a INDEX formula it fill the cel for the licenceplate. I fill the company and driver by hand.

My database is in the seceond sheet of the tmeform.
I'll open my time form and save it under the customer and adres name.
If i have a new driver, i have to update the openingform with the right details before it works in the next form.
Is it possible, mayby with acces, to keep sheet 2 up to date
    C1=comapny, C2=driver, C3= licence filled of sheet2.
If i'll miss a licence and i fill it in C4 is it possible that it fills the database in access?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Re: database in timesheet driver details

    here is the example.
Sheet1 (Blad1) shows the fill in by B1 and B2 and then B3 is filled with the details from sheet2 (Blad2).
If there is new information that is not in sheet2, is it possible if i fill C3 with a new licenceplate. if C3 is treu then update data in sheet2.

Mayby its better to do it with acces? because i open this form and then save it as a detailed form. So i can use the basic form again and again.
Or make a data list in an online server?

Thank you and hope i cleared my question.
