Calculating Time with 1/2 Hour Lunch Using Time Drop Down

Hello everyone - hopefully you can help me!

I'm trying to create a timesheet that automatically calculates time worked.
I have a Data Validation for Time inserted into cells A13 & D13. In Cell C13, I put 30 (to indicate 30 minutes for lunch).
I can't get it to total the time worked minus the 30 minutes of lunch.
any help writing out this formula would be SO appreciated!

If you wanted to keep the lunch formatted as it is, you can use something like this:

    =D13-A13-C13/1440

Yes!! I want to keep it simple for my staff, to just put in 30 without the colon : separating the numbers to show the lunch.
    Thank you! This worked well!!!

    You're welcome. Happy to help.

FYI, there are 1440 minutes in a day. That's where the 1440 comes from.
