Sharing a worksheet and seeing changes made by others

Hello All, three of us work on the same sheet to update it (2016).
I would like to make it shared so we can make changes at the same time.
The chance of us working on the same cell is low.
I've created a bunch of hidden rows that we can unhide and fill out if needed to avoid the complications of inserting new ones.

The issue: when my colleague unhides a row and inputs data, then saves, it does not reflect on my sheet after I save (or save, close and reopen). He does not re-hide the row yet I have to unhide rows to find his input.
Is there a way to get around this issue?

Found the answer here at work - turns out the sheet saves on your personal last view. So if another user adds a row and enters data - you don't see it unless you unhide it.
