Billing Month Date

Hi, I am new to the forum and looking for some excel formula help. For what I am currently doing, I would like to have a formula would output the billing month. For example: 12/26/2018 to 01/25/2019 will be in January 2019 billing month, 01/26/2019 to 02/25/2018 will be February 2019.

With a worksheet set up as below. The formula in C2 would be: =VLOOKUP(MONTH(B2),$F$2:$G$13,2,0) &" " & YEAR(B2) and copied down
