It's because your formula uses a named range called "Range" which is tied to column B, so no matter where you paste that formula it will always look at column B.

You would need to create a second named range for column H and use that in the formula in column J.
The formula I pasted above was your formula. All I did was highlight the bit you need to change for another named range.
If you press Ctrl+F3 to show the Name Manager you'll see one called "Range". You need to replicate that but change each reference to column B to column H.
If you need to copy to many different columns then you may wish to look in to a better way of doing this. For that we would need to know what you're actually trying to do. Are you counting number of consecutive zeros in a column??

yes !,you are right! thank you, yes is for 0s but it can change the opposite to count number.
