Hi TMS,
apply this but not giving perfect result. i want only highlight column B invoices which match to column A, column A 723 and column B more than 33000 invoices no. see the attached sheet.
Ok, try swapping it over :Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
Hi,
i use it please see the result. why A10002 highlight because this is not in column A. select column B then goto conditional formatting and apply it. =Countif($A:$A,$B2) and A10001 is one missing highlight.
You must select cell B2 down, NOT the whole column.
Or change the formula toFormula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
Hi TMS,
i use please see the result is not OK. A10002 and A10004 highlight
can you apply direct on my upload file?
Thanks.
Hi TMS,
=COUNTIF($A:$A,$B2) there is little bit difference.
thanks to your help.
very great.
Thanks.
You're welcome.
To be clear, select the whole column and useor select cell B2 down to the end of your data and useFormula:Please Login or Register to view this content.Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
You might be better off converting your data to a Structured Table ... that will maintain formatting on new rows.
