Protect & Share Workbook

I need the ability to share a workbook with others so they can work at the same time, but limit their entries to only additions. Protect the workbook from any deletions (cells/sheets/workbook). I know how to Share and I know how to Protect in Excel 2013, but it won't let me do both at the same time.

Thanks Paul for the advice. I couldn't get it to work on my computer, but it could be a security setting not allowing macros. I have someone checking it out for me.
