Conditional Data Validation using data in B4 to create different drop downs in other cells

I have a spreadsheet that has B4 drop down validation. Based on that cell, I have an Indirect validation list set in B5. I need to put a DIFFERENT data validation list in cell A15, based on cell in B4 again.
Each list has been created in tables and named ranges. However when I try to to do the indirect funtion again in A15, it keeps referring to the first list I had. I can't figure out the validaiton formula to use to get cell A15 to bring in the second table list (named "Mungo_TS", currently, but will have other table lists to use as well in the future named "DRH_TS", Realstar_TS", etc).
Attaching a sample of my workbook here.
Please help me get past this brain fart!

If B4 says "Mungo", I need the list of "Mungo_TS" to show as data validation in A15. If B4 says "Realstar", I will need the data validation list in A15 to show the list of "Realstar_TS"
Then, in C15, I need the description from the referenced table to populate based on A15.
Are you as confused from that explanation as I am??

You just need to join the rest of the name onto the content of B4 to create the new list name.

Paste in the formula to the validation source in A15 and it will work. Obviously it will only work for 'Mungo' at the moment as you haven't created the other list names yet, 'Realstar_T_S' etc.
Also, just ensure that the suffix's for your lists are consistent, so use only &"_T_S" or &"_TS", not both or other variations.

As for C15, to keep it simple and to a single Indirect function, if you change the name 'Mungo_Descrip' to refer to both Mungo columns ($J$2:$K$10) then in C15 add the formula...
