The following formula in D2 and copied down reproduces your desired results:

However, what if C3 is 999 and C4 is 999 then Picker-2 gets to do almost 2000?

    Hi
    Thank you!

It can be up and down 2000 qtys bassd on the order size.
If 1 order consists 900 pcs and other order consists 900 it can be assigned 2 pickers.
If an order consists 1200 qty and other order is 800 pcs, 2 pickers will be assigned

    BTW: welcome to the forum!

I think you are saying that there are cases where my solution is not working as desired. Correct?

If so can you please expand your post #1 table by adding the cases that are not currently working along with your expected results (picker number).

It would help a bit if you provided this information as a workbook - that will save retyping your data.

To attach a file, first make sure to remove any sensitive/proprietary data and then click on “GO ADVANCED” and then scroll down to “Manage Attachments” to open the upload window. Choose your file then click on “Upload”, scroll down then click on “Close this window”, then “Submit reply”.
