Posting a workbook online for group editing

I would like to post an Excel workbook on a website that can be viewed and edited by a select group of people that would be required to logon with and ID and password to the site to do so. Does anyone know of such a service?

I believe you could use something like OneDrive for this. I think accounts are free with a certain amount of storage space? You can then upload the file and share it out to other's e-mail addresses. (Not sure whether they would need a OneDrive account, or could just access the site as a guest based on your invite.)
