Multiple IF Formulae Instead Of Index & Match

    Dear Community

In the attachment, I am using Index / Match to pull values for High, Medium and Low.

Is there a more efficient IF formulae to incorporate everything and stop using two tabs please?

    Thanks

Re: Multiple IF Formulae Instead Of Index & Match

Contrary to popular belief, IF is not the answer to all Excel problems.

    =INDEX({"20%","40%","60%"},MATCH($R2,{"Low","Medium","High"},0))*I2

The 2 tab method is actually considered more efficient, most notably when it comes to editing the details if the criteria should change. Increasing Low to 25% would mean changing 1 number in the second tab rather than having to change all of your formulas.
