season long golf results

hello, I am trying to track season long tournament results. not all players play every week, and some do many.
I wanted to see if there was cause and effect between pairings both with better players and worse players -- and tournament day results.
right now, my columns have date of event, name, scoring result, pairing # of the group - usually 3 people, average score of the group, and place each person finished
any help appreciated!
