excel printing

hi,

im trying to print an excel file.
it is made of 3 columns and there for not wide, it is very long
and i would like to print as minimum pages as possible
is there a way to print the file in 2 columns and 2 sided?

should be in the printer setup, not excel

2 sides print is in printing setup, but also the column setup should be there?
just to make myself clear - i have one long table in excel, and would like to print
it in 2 columns instead of one long one
