    3 conditions Formula

    I have 2 columns :
    A - B
    123 - W01
    123 - W01
    123 - W02
    123 - W03
    123 - A
    123 - B
    123 - C
    123 - D
    234 - W01
    234 - W02
    234 - W03
    Column C formula : If Column B is A,B,C,D then "WC", If per number in A, Wi appear one time in B then "WR", If Wi appear more then once then "WI"

    Not sure I'm following your description.
    can you mock up a sample workbook with representative samples AND expected results?
