Conditoinal formating based on date

Hi
Please can someone help me
I need to add conditional formatting based on a date

1) In one cell I will have entered a date - say 1/10/19
2) I then need conditional formatting to show if other cells in the workbook have had a date entered
3) If the cell has not got a date entered but it is more than 50 days from the entered date (1/10/19) it must be green
4) If the cell has not got a date entered but is 50 days to 30 days away from the entered date (1/10/19) it must be orange
5) If the cell has not got a date entered but is less than 30 days away from the entered date (1/10/19) it must be red

The aim is to identify if certain sequential actions have been completed in time for the deadline

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I went to manage attachments and uploaded but could not see a way to close this page and send - how do I do this

I changed what I wanted to accomplish

I have attached the worksheet.

If the date is less than today's date it's red - row 3 should be red
If the date is within 5 days of today's date then yellow - row 4 would be yellow
if the date is more than 6 days away its green - row 5 - 19 should be green
is there is no date in E there is not color in I. rows 20 - 24
The column being looked at is E. The conditional format is in I

Click Manage Attachments - Select File - click Upload - Click " Close this windows" - click Post Reply (or sthg like that)
