Dyanamic Hyperlink required

It does anyway doesnt it?

Insert a row in Sales-East and the glossary sum adds the new value as well.
e.g.
Total is 3741
Insert a row in Sales-East after row 15 with a value of 100
Glossary total is now 3841, its included it.

Dear Sir,

What i mean is the values will be added automatically fine. But currently hyperlink from first Sheet"Glossary" will go to the very last value of sheet "SALES-EAST" OR "SALES-NORTH", CELL A16. After inserting a next day value , the data range increases, so next time while clicking , hyperlink, it takes to the same cell value A16 and while the data progress, it is able to see the last cell where the total value is displayed. . On video while inserting a row, hyperlink takes to A16 again and not A17.(attached Video) .Can i get some solution , which will automatically always takes to last value (fixed) even though we input values in rows above it.

Ah, I see you mean.
I had something like this where I had a hyperlink and inserted a line and the link didnt adjust.
Solution was to create a named range and hyperlink to that named range.
