• You say "can someone help to write code to generate weekly report?" Does this need to be VBA?
• It looks to be readily doable via formula, possibly just a simple countifs() - especially if you could make the "Week" column consistent between your raw and summary data (either both "14" or both "Week14")
• You have in your provided picture what looks to be a pivot table that is providing your required Summary (albeit for one week only). What is the problem with that approach?
