    Question Copy figure to new datasheet - use new values

    Hello everybody,
    I am trying to copy a figure from a template Excel worksheet to another sheet with new data.
    It all has same size, same details, but the figure uses the values from the old sheet as in

    "=DATENREIHE('C:\Users\xxx\Documents\...\[filename.xls]Calc'!$L$1;'C:\Users\xxx\Documents\...\[filename.xls]Calc'!$A$2:$A$122;'C:\Users\xxx\Documents\\[filename.xls]Calc'!$L"

    And the reference is also inside the selected data rows, so just deleting it is a loot of work and I could just set up the figure anew.
    Is there a way to resolve this?

    Thank you!

    deleting does not have to be done manually but can be done with the find and replace function (CTRL+H)

    put the part to delete in the Find field and leave replace sheet blank

    FIND: 'C:\Users\xxx\Documents\...\[filename.xls]Calc'!

    It will remove all those text strings if you leave replace blank and the formula will start refering to the sheet it is on.

    Thank you for your answer! This may be part of a solution, but unfortunately it is still not suitable... Because I would have to click on every of the 10 graphs in the plot and change the Data column manually...

    I found the solution!
    You can copy the whole data sheet by right clicking it in the bottom datasheet browsing bar and click on "Move or copy". If I copy the sheet this way, and not only the values and plot, the references will be updated. Now I just copy all the data into that sheet and I am done in 10s per plot!
