How to change format in cells

Hi Guys, are you able to help me.

How to change format on cells C5 will expose "TAKE ACTION" and change to "red colours" in 3 days from date cells B5 if the cells D5 does not been complete "DONE"

Put this in C4 and drag down

=IF(D4="DONE","",IF(TODAY()-B4>3,"TAKE ACTION",""))

Just set the font colour to red as it's blank the rest of the time so you don't need conditional formatting

I tried the formula. Why word TAKE ACTION is not displayed in C4. Only word #VALUE! is visible.
