Count below #*Column in Pivot Table

As you can see, it has a final column called Grand Total.
This is a Pivot Table

I was wondering if just beside Grand Total I can add a new Column that counts all numbers below 3.5 in the row, and if found 3 matches, then the cell would simply display 3.
Is that possible? How can I achieve this?

This is outside the pivot table, right? Any chances of achieving it inside the dynamic table?

Yeah, the problem is the Filters and the number of columns that may drastically vary...
