i use excel 2019 on desktop(not office 365).
in one excel file share workbook (legacy) is disabled so i can't share that workbook. but in other file i have no problem and can be shared easily.

You can share files via OneDrive instead.

i can't share link. why?
Why are you trying to share a link??? I suggested OneDrive to solve your problem, not to share a file here!
To attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
please check this file and help me. why share workbook legacy is grayed?
