How to Itemise Data in a Dashboard

Hi! I am a newbie of MS excel. I got the data which is about the defect of my project and then I just want to gather the data and separate into each part. So, Can u give me some guidelines about this?
P.S. How's possible if I use the Dashboard to do it?

    Administrative Note:

We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about.

Please take a moment to amend your thread title. Make sure that the title properly explains your request. Your title should be explicit and not be generic (this includes function names used without an indication of what you are trying to achieve).

Please see Forum Rule #1 about proper thread titles and adjust accordingly. To edit the thread title, open the original post to edit and then click on Go Advanced (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.

(Note: this change is not optional. As you are new here, I have done it for you this time.)

Please don't quote whole posts, especially when you are responding to the one immediately preceding your own - it's just clutter. It's OK to quote if you are responding to a post out of sequence, but limit quoted content to a few relevant lines that makes clear to whom and what you are responding. Thanks!

It would be easier to give guidelines/suggestions if you could upload a desensitized sample of your data, along with some explicit explanations of how you would like the dashboard organized. To upload a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy) click on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Consider taking the time to add to the reputation of everybody that has taken the time to respond to your query.
