How to generate second sub level category values

Dear All,

I would like to ask how I can implement the following scenario:

I have three levels of categories:
Parent category ex. (01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 etc.)
Sub category ex. (01.a, 01.b, 01.c, 02.a, 02.b, 03.a etc.)
Second sub level category ex (01.a.i, 01.a.ii, 01.a.iii, 01.b.i, 01.b.ii, 01.b.iii, 01.b.iv, etc.)

And I have 5 categories of discounts for each group (A, B, C, D, E)

The user choose values from parent or sub category and the second sub category should be auto filled according what the user chosen on the parent field.

Any idea on how to make it???
