Forecasting convergence of lower- and upper-bound curves

Hey everyone! I'm working on predicting the future but I'm not experienced enough to do it on my own!

I have this dummy data. As you can see, the spread is lessening and becoming more predictive over time. I'm wanting to know what the crossing point of the graph is.

Anyone know how to create those forecast lines? I know it has something to do with standard deviation.

Note: The time periods are not regularly spaced so I cannot use Excel's Forecast Sheet.

Any help would be amazing! Thanks!

Please provide the actual Excel workbook with this data. Images have very limited value.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.
